为什么按删除按钮没反应？

删除依赖系统「照片」权限与 Photos 服务。若偶发无反应，可依次尝试：确认已授予相册访问权限、重启 App 或手机、稍后再试。若仍无法删除，请发邮件说明机型与系统版本，我们会协助排查。

我刷到了重复的照片，你们有做过滤吗？

目前已经过滤了完全相同的项目。你看到的可能是相近时间 / 地点拍下的相近照片，或同一张图在社交平台发布后又存回相册，系统会多留一份。这类内容仍会正常出现在浏览流中。

照片加载慢是什么情况？

如果照片已在手机本地，一般无需额外下载。加载慢通常是因为原图在 iCloud，需要联网拉取，会受网速和 iCloud 服务影响。网速较差时确实会更慢。后续在基础功能稳定后，我们可能会考虑「连接 Wi‑Fi 时预下载」等优化。

购买后发现并不需要用账号注册，那在别的设备上怎么用？

购买与您的 Apple ID 绑定，无需单独注册 App 账号。在其他设备上：用同一 Apple ID 下载/打开 App，然后在会员页点击「恢复购买」（多数情况下系统也会自动同步权益）。终身会员与订阅会员均适用。

清空回收站会怎样？

清空或彻底删除会从系统相册中永久删除对应原文件，且通常不可恢复，请确认后再操作。

相簿和收藏怎么用？

首页点「归类」，可将当前照片或视频加入系统「收藏」或你新建的相簿；底部「相簿」页可查看最新、收藏与自定义相簿。相簿内容与系统「照片」中的相簿同步。

能不能跳转到系统相册里对应照片的位置？

iOS 未提供直接跳转到某一张系统相册照片的公开接口。目前较可行的方式是：点击左下角时间信息打开详情，再点「在系统相册中显示」；应用会复制时间相关信息，并提示你到系统相册搜索框粘贴查找。步骤稍繁琐，但是现有条件下相对方便的做法。

订阅怎么取消？

在 iPhone「设置」→ 点顶部 Apple ID →「订阅」中管理或关闭自动续费；也可在 App 内相关入口打开系统「管理订阅」。请在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时关闭，以免下一期扣费。

Using the App

Why doesn’t Delete do anything?

Deletion depends on system Photos permission and the Photos service. If it occasionally fails, try: confirm Photos access is granted, restart the App or device, then try again. If it still fails, email us with your device model and iOS version and we’ll help investigate.

I see duplicate photos—do you filter them?

Exact duplicates are already filtered. What you see may be near-identical shots taken around the same time or place, or the same image saved back to Photos after sharing to social apps. Those still appear in the feed.

Why are photos slow to load?

If the photo is already on your device, it usually doesn’t need an extra download. Slow loads often mean the original is in iCloud and must be fetched over the network, which depends on connection speed and iCloud. On a weak network it will feel slower. After core features stabilize, we may consider optimizations such as pre-downloading on Wi‑Fi.

I don’t need an account after purchase—how do I use it on another device?

Purchases are tied to your Apple ID; no separate App account is required. On another device: sign in with the same Apple ID, open the App, then tap Restore Purchases on the membership screen (the system often syncs entitlements automatically). This applies to both Lifetime and subscriptions.

What happens when I empty the recycle bin?

Emptying or permanently deleting removes the originals from the system Photos library and is usually irreversible—please confirm before you proceed.

How do albums and Favorites work?

On the home feed, tap Organize to add the current photo or video to Favorites or a custom album you create. The Albums tab at the bottom shows Recents, Favorites, and your custom albums. Album contents stay in sync with the system Photos app.

Can I jump to the matching item in the system Photos app?

iOS does not provide a public API to open a specific Photos item. A practical workaround: tap the time info at the bottom left to open details, then tap Show in Photos. The App copies time-related info and prompts you to paste it into Photos search. It’s a bit clunky, but relatively convenient given platform limits.

How do I cancel a subscription?

On iPhone: Settings → tap your Apple ID at the top → Subscriptions to manage or turn off auto-renewal. You can also open Manage Subscriptions from related entries in the App. Turn it off at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid the next charge.
